What is Engage?

As part of our mission to make a difference through more highly engaged cultures we have developed a brand new piece of software called Engage.  Engage is a tool that allows an organisation to encourage higher levels of engagement and discussion in a business within a specific context such as Health and Safety.

It contains all the features you would expect from a social network, encouraging discussion with:

• The ability to post the information related to the discussions that are being undertaken
• Tracked comments so that face-to-face discussions can be shared across organisational boundaries
• Voting so that the most important discussions and ideas can be peer reviewed, prioritised and acted upon
• The ability to follow other individuals within a business so that people can learn from each others discussions

It also contains a full set of analysis and customisation tools so that it can be set up as a secure network to allow you to track and develop the success of your culture change or engagement process:

• What behaviours are being spoken about 
• Whether the behaviours are ‘safe’ or ‘unsafe’ ones (the behaviours that are wanted and the behaviours that are not wanted)
• The root cause where behaviours occur that are not wanted
• Where the ‘hotspots’ are in terms of issues
• Who is doing the discussions and what are they finding 
• How many discussions are being done, when and where 
• And much more with a full set of analysis and KPI monitoring tools and full system customisation......
