If you are interested in how to change your Culture and unlock your organisational learning potential then come and join JOMC at one of our best practice events in 2010.  You will join other individuals on the same journey as well as existing clients who have tackled the same problems and can share some learning and innovation.  

In 2009 we held events focussed on:

• Learning from Culture Change experience in companies such as Nestle, Sonoco Alcore, Bombardier Transportation and BAE Systems

• Shared a number of new tools and workshops focussed specifically on leadership at different levels in an organisation - including sessions for first line supervisors - as well as different ways of handling inductions
