We’ve just rolled out the latest update to Engage, our online software that helps you record, organise, analyse and report on information from behavioural engagement discussions like SUSA or other techniques for safety conversations.

This latest version includes social media features to encourage people to feel more involved in online discussion with their peers:

• Follow your colleagues and learn from their discussions.
• Allow your colleagues to follow your discussions so that you can help coach and mentor them.
• Comment on other peoples’ discussions – make your conversations something that the entire company’s a part of.
• Promote discussions and ideas so that the best knowledge is implemented quickly and effectively.

Engage is like Facebook for safety. It builds on the magnetism of social media to drive ownership and involvement in your behavioural engagement process to the next level.
