Lizz Fields-Pattinson
Lizz is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and has been a consultant for 5 years. She has extensive experience in running organisational change programs and has a particular interest in Work-related Driving Behaviour having done research for her MSc work using the theory of planned behaviour, the Influence of Fleet Safety Culture on Driving behaviour and the influence of Driver Attitude on Unsafe driving behaviour and accident causation.
She also works with management teams to improve communication using Solution Focused Coaching and mentoring. Prior to moving into psychology Lizz worked for many years in the Equine Industry as a trainer/groom for International Event Riders. The pinnacle of which was the Barcelona Olympics in 1992.
