Mark Ormond Bsc. (Hons)

Mark is an experienced consultant and strategic leader with a background in information systems, culture and engagement. He has over a decade of experience partnering with a wide variety of large organisations, helping them create more mature cultures and higher levels of engagement. Latterly this has been done as head of JOMC.

Initially freelancing as an Information Systems advisor to Health and Safety departments of organisations such as United Utilities and Saint Gobain, and later joining JOMC to further develop their consultancy offering, Mark has developed tools and programmes that drive behavioural improvement and culture shift, providing feedback and direction to leaders who are trying to implement change programmes.

Recent highlights of Mark’s work include developing key strategic partnerships with organisations such as the British Safety Council to allow JOMC to add a wider variety of services to what they do, opening up new markets such as Saudi Arabia and leading on large change programmes such as the recent two year project with the Kier Group.

Taking a practical approach to leadership and problem solving, Mark is focussed on understanding complex issues and coming up with solutions that are simple, pragmatic and will deliver in the toughest of organisational environments.
