Paul’s career in the food industry includes a number of large companies including Nestle, Quaker Oats and Dalgety.  He worked primarily in Production Management but also has experience in Quality management, R&D, Safety and Internal Consultancy.  Most recently, Paul spent 5 years as European H&S Manager for Nestle Purina Petcare, with responsibility for the development and implementation of safety strategy for a group comprising 16 factories in 8 countries.  During this period the group enjoyed tremendous success in transforming its safety culture through the implementation of behavioural safety, and reduced its injury rates by 80%.  Since joining JOMC in March 2007 Paul has worked with a wide variety of clients.
