Carol has worked in the UK Gas Industry for twenty five years, working initially as a chemist, then becoming actively involved in operational health and safety management.  She has held a number of senior management positions and was latterly Safety, Health and Environment Manager for the National First Call Emergency Service within National Grid (Gas), delivering a highly successful, Culture Based Safety Programme throughout the business.  Carol has in-depth Management System and Project Management skills that have resulted in the delivery of significant national projects in a construction engineering environment. Within JOMC Carol is involved in a number of large projects covering a diverse range of industries.
