JOMC

David is a qualified Mechanical Engineer and prior to becoming the Bank of England Printing Works Health and Safety Officer he was involved in the design and development of industrial machinery. David was the Health and Safety Officer for the Bank of England Printing Works for 10 years where he successfully managed the implementation of the JOMC culture change programme.  Within JOMC David is involved in a number of large projects covering a diverse range of industries.
