JOMC

John has over 30 years experience in industry, covering Production, Factory and Health and Safety management. Having originally obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering, the major part of John’s career progressed via Crown Paints, Storeys Decorative Products and Crown Wallcoverings. During this period, John became an accredited coach, trainer and facilitator in Team Working and Team Leadership specializing in the area of first line manager development. Following an introduction to Behavioural Safety and its subsequent implementation, John moved into Health and Safety management at a precision engineering company within the automotive industry, prior to joining JOMC. Within JOMC John is involved in a number of large projects covering a diverse range of industries.
