Nigel worked in the chemical industry for over 30 years in production management, engineering and health and safety roles for international companies. He has held line management responsibilities for manufacturing operations and General Management responsibilities for Safety, Heath and Environmental matters. Nigel has specialised in management system development and auditing, emergency response planning and culture change. Within JOMC Nigel is involved in a number of large projects covering a diverse range of industries.
