Terry has 29 years’ diverse safety management experience. Following 3 years in the Greater Manchester Police, Terry emigrated to Canada where he supervised road safety education initiatives for the Alberta Government. His Oil and Gas Industry experience began with a Howard Hughes company as Director of Training and Safety. Terry then commenced 22 years of safety and leadership experience with NOVA Corporation, including behavioural safety and safety consultant assignments for Novacorp International in Australia and Malaysia. In 1998 Terry returned to the UK, first working for Mowlem Civil Engineering and then re-joined Nova Corporation at their newly acquired chemical plant in Manchester. Terry’s role as the Responsible Care Compliance Specialist included active leadership in behavioural-based safety, and auditing of the company’s European and North American facilities.  Within JOMC Terry is a senior consultant.
